Former Majilis speaker elected as chairman of People's Council

ASTANA. Sept 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Former Majilis Speaker Yerlan Koshanov has been elected chairman of the Khalyk Kenesi (People's Council), the presidential press service said.
